Shipping Regions
We ship within Germany, across Europe, and to selected international destinations using DHL.
A tracking number will be provided with your shipping confirmation.

Germany:

– Free shipping on orders over 99€
EU Countries:
– Shipping: 6.99€
– Free shipping on orders over 99€
Non-EU Countries:
– Shipping: 8.99€
– Free shipping on orders over 99€
Please note: For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM (weekdays) are typically shipped the same day.
Germany: 1–3 working days
International: 2–7 working days (may vary for non-EU countries)
Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to force majeure, staffing shortages, or carrier-related issues.
