This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ODDIKT (Hahahub GmbH).
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
A “consumer” is any natural person who completes a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us with a clear statement (e.g., by email) sent to:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the 30-day period expires.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract:
– We will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs
– Exception: any additional cost caused by choosing a more expensive shipping method
– Refunds will be issued within 30 days from receiving your withdrawal notice
– Refunds are sent through the same payment method used originally
– No fees will be charged for the refund
We may withhold the refund until:

You provide proof that you returned the goods
— whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods within 30 days after informing us of your withdrawal.
Return shipping costs must be covered by you.
You are responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
3. Returns & Exchanges (Brand Policy)
These rules apply in addition to your legal withdrawal rights.
Free Size Exchanges
– One free size exchange per product
– We cover shipping for the exchange
– Applicable only to size changes of the same product
Returns (Outside the Legal Withdrawal Right)
– Returns are not free
– As a small independent brand, return shipping must be covered by the customer
Unclaimed / Refused Exchange Parcels
If an exchange parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender,
the case will be handled as a regular return.
The refund will be reduced by:
– The return shipping fee
– The cost of the outbound exchange label
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be:
– Unworn
– In original condition
– With all packaging included
Signs of wear may reduce the refund based on diminished value.

You can use this form to submit your return or size exchange request before sending anything back.
Using the form is optional, but it helps us speed up your case.
