Exchanges are free (one time) — we cover the shipping for the exchange.

Returns are not free — since we’re still a small independent brand, return shipping isn’t covered and must be paid by you.

To keep exchanges fair: if an exchange parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender, the case will be handled as a regular return. In that case we deduct the return fee and the outbound exchange label from the refund.
