Where do I add my discount code?

Add your discount code in the order summary at checkout — you’ll find it after hitting “Proceed to checkout.

Need your invoice? Here’s how.

You’ll get your invoice by email once your order’s done. If it doesn’t show up (sometimes it hides in spam), just drop us a line — we’ll send it again right away.

How can I pay?

We accept PayPal, credit card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard), Klarna, and Apple Pay.

How do I change my address?

If you need to change your address, please email us at help@oddikt.de as soon as possible.

We process orders quickly, so we can’t always guarantee changes. The sooner you contact us, the more likely we can update it.

How do I cancel my order?

Email help@oddikt.de to cancel your order.

We move fast, so cancellations aren’t always possible — but the quicker you reach out, the better your chances.

When can I expect my order?

We ship within one business day.

Delivery takes 3–5 days in Germany, 5–7 days abroad.

If your order includes a pre-order, we’ll send everything together once it’s all ready — less packaging, less waste.

Got something you didn’t order?

Got the wrong item or something you didn’t order? Email help@oddikt.de with your order number and what arrived. We’ll fix it for you.

How do you ship?

Orders over €70 ship free within Germany.

For smaller orders, shipping costs are shown at checkout.

You’ll see your estimated delivery time both in the order summary and in your confirmation email — it may vary depending on items and shipping method.

We ship Monday to Saturday with DHL (international partners may differ).

Before you check out, you’ll see when your order is expected to arrive.

Do I need to pay customs?

Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs fees or import duties.

These are covered by the recipient. Check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

30 Days — Easy Returns

You can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

My package arrived damaged.

Email help@oddikt.de and we’ll fix it.

If something’s damaged or missing, just include your order number — it helps us sort it out faster.

How do I return an item?

You can contact us here. Include your name, order number, and the item you’re returning.

We’ll send instructions by email.

As soon as your return hits our warehouse, we’ll trigger the refund.

When do I get my refund?

Once we’ve checked your return, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method.

Some providers take a few days — thanks for your patience.

Can I send back multiple orders in one package?

That’s fine in most cases.

Just email help@oddikt.de first so we can match everything up.

If you send multiple orders without checking in, it might cause delays.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

We’re still a young brand, so we can’t cover return shipping just yet.
